Yoga has been a part of my life for well over 10 years, and my journey has guided me to grow in confidence, resilience and flexibility, both on and off the mat. Yoga empowers me to ground each moment more consciously.
I completed my 200 hour RYT Hatha Training with The Yoga Institute of Houston and soon my 500 hour Advance Community-Connection Training with Yoga with Davina. Forever I will be a student of the practice and truly humbled and grateful for all the wisdom my teachers have shared with me.
In my classes, I integrate progressive sequencing and a child-resilient spirit with a dose of inspirational cues that open a deeper personal practice. I seek to empower others to thrive by motivating classes, workshops, trainings, and retreats filled with love, connection, and resiliency.
Yoga is a gateway to improve your endurance in other physical activities. Enhancement in range of motion, flexibility, core strength, and oxygen to muscle ratio are all benefits of yoga. Amber styles of yoga are Hatha, Vinyasa, Aerial, Restorative, Kids, and Chair.
Yoga not only helps improve your body, but also helps with mindfulness and meditation. It is important to take a break from daily life in order to focus on yourself and get clarity. Focusing on your breath during practice is key to staying in tune with your mind and body.
