Our sessions are tailored to your requests and draw influence from the following styles:

  • Hatha (traditional, slow, centered)
  • Vinyasa (active, warming, sweaty)
  • Prenatal (pregnant mommies looking for serenity)
  • Restorative (resting with the support of props; calming the nervous system)
  • Adaptive/Chair (adapted for injuries, disabilities, beginners)
  • Aerial (silk hammocks suspended from the ceiling)
  • Kids (youth, adolescents seeking balance)
